1. The Competition is organized by BRASTY GROUP s.r.o. (Identification number: 24276821, Company headquarters: Lipova 511/15, Post code: 120 00, Praha 2, Czech Republic.)
2. The Competition opens on 1.12.2020 (“Opening Date”) and closes at midnight on 30.12.2020 (“Closing Date”).
3. Competitors must be at least 18 years old and UK residents.
4. The only correct way of participation in the competition is by submitting the form on www.brasty.co.uk/competition with a correct answer and other obligatory details. Only one answer per one competitor will be accepted.
5. The winner will be notified by e-mail by 15.1.2021 at the latest and will be asked to provide a delivery address to which the winning prize will be dispatched. In case the competitor does not provide the delivery address within 15 days, the winning prize will not be dispatched.
6. BRASTY GROUP s.r.o. has the right to change the terms and conditions of the competition or cancel the competition at any time.
7. Any violation of the terms and conditions will lead to forbidding the competitor from participation in the competition.
8. Competitors agree on providing their personal details (first name, last name, county, gender, e-mail and delivery address) to BRASTY GROUP s.r.o. and allow BRASTY GROUP s.r.o. to process these details and use them for commercial and marketing purposes. No data will be provided to any third party. The competitors also agree with being contacted by BRASTY GROUP s.r.o. in terms of marketing and commercial newsletters.
9. These terms and conditions are available for all competitors on www.brasty.co.uk/competition-terms-conditions during the entire period the competition is taking place.
