However, we would like to inform you that the claim can only be made during the warranty period. This period lasts 24 months from the receipt of the products (in the case of second-hand products, this period is reduced to 12 months), provided that this period can be extended by the period during which they were under warranty repair. Unless otherwise agreed, the claimed products are returned in the original packaging with the completed form and a copy of the invoice to the following address: Velkomoravska 479/19, 779 00 Olomouc, Czech Republic. Thus the complaint will be resolved within 30 days.

There is no reason to doubt Brasty. In the event of a justified complaint, for example, if the products have remediable but also irreparable defects that prevent their correct use, each customer has the right to remedy the defect or to replace or benefit from a reasonable discount on the purchase price or even the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and to offset the costs associated with the complaint.
