The deadline for handling your claim starts from the day when we received the returned goods.
PROCESSING YOUR CLAIM
Fist of all we provide thorough diagnostics in our service center. If confirmed, that the product is not mechanically damaged, we process your claim (repairs of the product, exchange or a refund).
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE
All claims are dealt with straight away, but please note we have up to 45 days from receipt of the return goods to deal with your claim.

Report the event to our operators by email sent to info@brasty.co.uk. In the email, please specify:
Order Number
The cause of the damage (precise and exact description of the situation in which the product was damaged or stolen).
In case of product theft:
A copy of the written confirmation of the crime you’ve reported,
a crime reference number
the contact details for the police officer dealing with your case
The operator will then assign you the number under which the damage will be recorded, contact you and discuss the following procedure and ask you send the damaged goods to our headquarters.
The processing period begins when the damaged product is received or when all necessary endorsements from the Police have been received.
How does the settlement work?
If the product is damaged, first Brasty will ensure complete diagnosis at an authorized service centre. If the nature of the damage permits, we then suggest options for repair and quantify the cost of the repair. Brasty then decides whether product repair is cost-effective or that the event is settled in a different way.
How long does it take?
All reported events are handled promptly, but not later than 45 days from receipt of the returned product or the receipt of necessary documents from the Police in case of theft.
